In the center stands a theater dedicated to the Grand Traveler that first established the city. Once every year the citizens gather here to celebrate the anniversary of their beloved home.
Each house is separated into living quarters for the city folk and separate chambers for their invisible muses. The parts of the house dedicated to the muses are always much more lavishly decorated to show respect.
Some choose a more ascetic lifestyle and join the monastery on the outskirts of the city. They leave their muse in the colorful temple structure in the center and inhabit the surrounding living quarters.

In a faraway land, there is a city where every single person has an invisible spirit called a "muse". Muses inspire and guide people in their personal passions, and in turn they are worshiped by their human partners.
